The Café Theater Festival mixes the performing arts and the catering industry into a place where nothing is as it seems. Your table suddenly becomes a stage and a noisy regular turns out to be an actor. Cafés, Restaurants and bars form the backdrop for short performances by new makers. 

After a successful campaign in Utrecht last year, the CTF is expanding to Zwolle and Tilburg this year. We are using the flying bar stool, the icon of the festival, again this year as a physical element, no longer in relation to the café, but now to the makers. Café Theater Festival
